My Approach
Integrative and Personal
Present, Not Perfect
Guided by Your Inner Truth
My Credibility & Integrity Framework
Integrative and Personal
In a field crowded with promises and quick fixes, I want to be clear about what I stand for. This framework makes explicit my qualifications, approach and ethical commitments so you know what to expect.
Who I Am
I’m Glen Ross, an Integrative Psychotherapist & Certified Brain Health Coach. My practice blends humanistic–transpersonal psychotherapy, trauma‑informed methods and neuroscience‑based coaching. I bring years of experience supporting people to build clarity, resilience and emotional well‑being.
What I Do
- Strengthen emotional regulation using neuroscience‑informed tools.
- Develop self‑awareness and reframe unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour.
- Cultivate resilience, clarity and motivation for everyday challenges.
- Create personalised growth plans that honour the whole person... mind, body and spirit.
What I Don’t Do
I am not a medical doctor or psychiatrist.
I do not diagnose or prescribe medication.
I do not offer “quick fixes” or one‑size‑fits‑all solutions.
For severe psychiatric needs, I collaborate with or refer to licensed clinicians
To maintain clarity and safety:
My Approach
- Evidence‑informed: I draw from CBT, ACT, mindfulness and neuroscience.
- Holistic: I see people as whole beings, not problems to fix.
- Compassionate & practical: Every session offers tools you can apply right away.
- Collaborative: You are the expert in your own life; I provide frameworks, insights and support.
Ethical Commitments
- Transparency: Clear about my training, methods and scope of practice.
- Supervision: Ongoing professional supervision and training.
- Boundaries: Maintain a clear line between therapy, coaching and medical treatment.
- Client‑centred: Pricing and expectations are explained upfront.
- Accountabilityty: Feedback welcomed; progress measured together
My promise is simple: integrity over hype, evidence over pseudoscience, collaboration over dependency and compassion over pressure. You’ll never be sold a miracle. You’ll be supported with honesty, evidence‑informed practices and deep respect for your unique journey.
Are You Ready?
If you’re wondering whether this work is right for you, consider the following signs. They’re not requirements, but they can help you recognise your readiness for deep therapeutic coaching.
- You notice recurring patterns or issues—persistent sadness, anxiety or relationship challenges... and want to understand and change them.
- You’re motivated to make changes, even if you’re not sure where to start or how to do it.
- You’re willing to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, even when it’s uncomfortable.
- You’re ready to discuss personal topics in a safe, confidential environment without judgement.
- You understand that healing takes time and effort, and you’re prepared to commit to the process.
- You recognise that support from friends and family isn’t enough for deeper or unresolved issues and you want professional guidance.
- You accept responsibility for your own growth, knowing that your coach or therapist is a guide, not a fixer.
- You’re searching for root causes rather than quick fixes, and you hold hope that therapy or coaching can help you on that journey.
If many of these points resonate with you, you may be ready to take the next step toward clarity and resilience. And remember: seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. You deserve to feel aligned, capable and calm...and I’m here to walk alongside you.
