Meet Glen Ross
passionate psychotherapist, brain‑health coach and guiding beacon for those seeking clarity, growth and lasting change.
Personal story & mission
After years of witnessing how conventional therapy sometimes falls short, I felt called to bridge science and soul. My journey took me through a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, an Honours degree in Counselling and specialised certifications as a Dr. Amen Certified Brain‑Health Coach, Trauma‑Informed Coach, Holistic Life Coach and Mental Health Ambassador. Today, I work with adults who are ready to heal from depression, addiction, grief, trauma and burnout, helping them build self‑compassion, resilience and motivation.
I believe healing is a partnership. Together we create a safe, judgment‑free space where you can explore your inner world, recognise patterns, process emotions and develop sustainable strategies for change. My mission is to help you transform from surviving to thriving so that you can live with purpose and joy.

🔍 Credentials Available on Request
I’ve completed extensive training and hold certifications across psychology, coaching, and brain health... all of which inform my integrative approach.
While I don’t display certificates directly on this website for privacy and security reasons, I’m always happy to share them on request. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to verify my credentials.

I believe real, lasting change happens when science and soul work together. That’s why my approach is integrative... I blend neuroscience‑based therapies, trauma‑informed practices and humanistic coaching to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be.
In our sessions, you won’t find rigid formulas or performance pressure. Instead, we create a safe, judgment‑free space where whatever arises is welcomed with compassion. We’ll explore your patterns, beliefs and emotions at a pace that feels right for you, drawing on evidence‑based tools to calm your nervous system and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Healing isn’t a one‑size‑fits‑all journey. Some sessions may involve processing deep emotions or trauma, others might focus on practical strategies for stress, relationships or purpose. Throughout, my role is to be fully present, to listen deeply and to gently challenge you when needed, so you can cultivate clarity, resilience and self‑trust.
Together, we’ll turn insights into action through personalised practices, mid‑week check‑ins and ongoing support between sessions. My aim is not just to help you feel better in the moment, but to empower you with the tools and understanding to navigate life with more ease and authenticity long after our work concludes.
