Integrative Psychotherapy & Brain Health Coaching

This is a high-touch, 1:1 coaching and therapeutic experience designed to support those feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or out of alignment with themselves. Whether you're navigating burnout, past trauma, or a loss of clarity or motivation, this work helps you reconnect with your inner resilience and purpose.


My approach blends humanistic and transpersonal perspectives with neuroscience-based tools and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll explore the deeper emotional patterns and life challenges that keep you feeling blocked... and build practical, sustainable strategies for change.

  • Weekly 60-90-minute coaching & integration sessions (online or in-person)
  • A 30-minute mid-week check-in to stay on track and supported
  • Between-session messaging access (via WhatsApp) for brief support
  • Tailored tools, self-assessments, and practices
  • Access to a private client portal with resources, reflections, and updates

Your First Consultation is Free

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your options, and you’re welcome to ask any questions you may have.


I warmly welcome people of all cultural backgrounds, sexualities, genders, and relationship types.


Booking is easy... my online calendar lets you choose a time that works for you, no need to reach out first (unless you'd like to!).


Sessions are available in person or via telehealth (Zoom, etc.). If I’m traveling, in-person sessions can be arranged depending on location — we can talk more about this during your consultation.

Fees:

Individual sessions: $125–$150
Couples sessions: $150/hour

Sliding scale available... I never want cost to be a barrier to support.
